Refund policy

No Refund : 

Grand Time doesn't give any refund on purchase. Don't hesitate asking as many questions as you wish to ensure that you understand the size and other features of the watch prior to ordering.

Exchange : 

If despite a careful selection, the watch you receive is not what you wanted, you have the option to exchange it within 14 days from date of delivery, as long as the watch has not been worn and is returned with unmarred box and papers. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process. You are responsible for having the watch returned to us. You can bring it back to our store or if it has to be sent back, you are responsible for packaging it properly, for the shipping cost and for having it returned to us within 14 days. Grand Time reserves the right of refusing to exchange if the watch, the box and papers are not returned in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Any shipping charges from the original order are still due. Additional shipping charges for the replacement order may be owed as well depending of your delivery address.

Credit note

Another option, if the watch you purchased is not what you wanted, is to receive a credit note instead of an exchange as long as the watch has not been worn and is returned within 14 days from date of delivery with unmarred box and papers. The credit note does not expire and can be used at Grand Time to pay for product or service. Please contact us to initiate the credit note process. You are responsible for having the watch returned to us. You can bring it back to our store or if it has to be sent back, you are responsible for packaging it properly, for the shipping cost and for having it returned to us within 14 days. Grand Time reserves the right of refusing to exchange if the watch, the box and papers are not returned in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Any shipping charges from the original order are still due and won't be included in the credit note.
