in-store or curbside pickup
If you live within driving distance from our store, this may well be the fastest way to receive your new purchase (and have it sized to your wrist if necessary). Grand Time store is located on the 1st floor of the Murray Premises Hotel in downtown St. John's. Check for current business hours.
home delivery in St. John's Metro
Free home delivery in St. John's Metro is available for orders of $200 and up before tax. Deliveries are generally made on Wednesday and Thursday evenings on weeks when Grand Time store is open. Exact day and time will be agreed on prior to delivery.
shipping to NL, NS, NB and PEI
Orders are generally shipped on Wednesday and Thursday and as early as one day after they are placed. Free shipping for orders of $250 and up before tax. Orders are generally shipped with Canada Post Xpress Post with signature required. No safe drop for all orders.
shipping to the rest of Canada
At the moment we are not shipping further than Atlantic Canada.
return shipping
Return shipping is your responsibility. In case you need to return the watch you ordered for exchange, you are responsible to either bring the watch to our store or ship it to our store within 2 weeks of receiving it. In the latter case, you are responsible to package it safely, arrange and pay for the shipping.
Payment Options
in-store payment
If you will be picking up your order from our store in downtown St. John's, you can pay in-store, using cash, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Our terminal accepts Tap up to $100 for debit cards and $250 for credit cards, as long as your card has this feature. The terminal is wired and is not available for payment outside the store for contactless curbside pickup, in this case your order has to be paid ahead of time.
E-transfer
Pay from your preferred online banking app by sending an e-transfer to mail@grandtime.ca. We are set up for direct deposit so no security question and answer are needed. Your order will be ready to be picked up, shipped or delivered once payment is received.
Paypal invoice
Pay with a credit card through Paypal. If you choose this feature, we will email you a paypal invoice. You don't need to have a paypal account to use this option. Your order will be ready to be picked up, shipped or delivered once payment is received.
